The Challenge

Modernize a large Angular application without interrupting complex insurance workflows or slowing down a distributed engineering team.

Engineering Approach

The work combined incremental Angular upgrades, modular component refactoring, route-level lazy loading, and RxJS integrations. Hot Module Replacement shortened the feedback loop for workflows that previously required lengthy manual replay.

What I Worked On

• Developed modular Angular components for complex insurance workflows
• Migrated application modules from Angular 10 to Angular 18
• Implemented route-level lazy loading to improve startup performance
